App Store Submission Support

Get your app approved and live — on Google Play & Apple App Store

From account setup to policy compliance and final release, I guide you through publishing your app. Dedicated tester work is available as a separate service when needed.

Submission Process

How app publishing works — platform by platform

Each platform has its own review timeline, mandatory requirements, and fee structure. Here's a transparent breakdown of what to expect.

Google Play

Review Timeline

20 – 30 business days

Service Fee

1,000,000 ₫

12 testers required for 14 days — 500,000 ₫ (mandatory by Google)

  • Google mandates a closed-testing phase with at least 12 real testers for 14 consecutive days before a new app can go live on the Play Store.
  • The submission fee covers listing creation, policy & compliance review, build upload, and rejection troubleshooting.

Apple App Store

Review Timeline

7 – 15 business days

Service Fee

1,000,000 ₫

  • Apple review is typically faster, but the timeline can vary significantly for apps with complex features or edge-case policy concerns.
  • The submission fee covers App Store listing optimization, policy review, TestFlight setup guidance, and rejection troubleshooting.

Cost Summary — Both Platforms

2,500,000 ₫

  • App upload — Google Play

Listing, policy review, build upload & rejection support

    1,000,000 ₫

  • App upload — Apple App Store

Listing, policy review, TestFlight & rejection support

    1,000,000 ₫

  • 12 testers × 14 days (Google Play)

Mandatory by Google for new app listings

    500,000 ₫

  • Total (first submission)

    2,500,000 ₫

The submission service covers everything outside of code: policy language, store descriptions, metadata, data-collection declarations, and content-rating forms. If Google or Apple requires a code change, that falls under your development scope — but I'll advise you on requirements before submission to minimise surprises.

Store Listing Copy

  • App Name

    Both stores

Google Play: up to 30 characters. App Store: 2–30 characters. No emoji, ALL CAPS (unless it's your brand), ranking claims like “#1” or “App of the year”, or price/promo text like “50% off”.

    Max 30 characters
  • Subtitle

    App Store

Shown under the app name on the App Store. Summarise the core value in one short phrase.

    Max 30 characters
  • Short Description

    Google Play

First text users see on the Play listing. Plain characters only — no emoji, symbols, or line breaks.

    Max 80 characters
  • Full Description

    Both stores

Plain text (App Store doesn't support HTML). Highlight key features; avoid keyword stuffing — Google can suspend listings for repetitive keywords.

    Max 4,000 characters
  • Keywords

    App Store

Comma-separated, each keyword longer than 2 characters. Don't repeat the app name or use other brands' names.

    Max 100 bytes

Icon & Graphic Assets

  • App Icon

    Google Play

32-bit PNG, max 1 MB. Full square — Google applies the rounded mask automatically.

    512 × 512 px
  • Feature Graphic

    Google Play

JPEG or 24-bit PNG, no transparency. Displayed at the top of the Play listing and required to publish.

    1024 × 500 px

Screenshots

  • Phone Screenshots

    Google Play

JPEG or 24-bit PNG, no transparency. 9:16 portrait or 16:9 landscape; each side 320–3,840 px and the long side at most 2× the short side.

To be eligible for Google Play recommendations: at least 4 screenshots (3 for games) at 1080 × 1920 px or higher.

    2–8 images · 1080 × 1920 px
  • Tablet Screenshots (7" & 10")

    Google Play

16:9 or 9:16. Recommended so your app is promoted on tablets and large screens.

    4+ images · 1080 – 7680 px
  • iPhone Screenshots

    App Store

    Required size: 6.1"–6.3" iPhone with Dynamic Island (1179 × 2556 or 1206 × 2622). Optional 6.9" (1320 × 2868). JPG/PNG, no transparency.

Easiest: take screenshots directly on an iPhone 14 Pro, 15, 15 Pro, 16, 16 Pro, 17, 17 Pro or 18 Pro (not Plus, Pro Max or Air). From April 2027, apps built with the iOS 27.1 SDK also need iPhone Duo screenshots.

    1–10 images · 1206 × 2622 px
  • iPad Screenshots

    App Store

    Required only if your app supports iPad — 13" display (2064 × 2752 or 2048 × 2732).

    1–10 images · 2064 × 2752 px

    Both stores

A working username/password (or a full-featured demo mode) with instructions, and keep your backend running — otherwise the app is rejected as incomplete.
